IS471F - Short Range Opponent Detection

The Sharp IS471F is an infrared sensor can provide opponent dectection over a short range, approximately 50-60mm. This restricted range precludes it from being suitable for use as the main opponent detection sensors but it could be useful as rear or side looking sensors to give a last second chance to turn to an opponents attack.
